New Tasting Menu – From June 12
As the warm days return, so does a new rhythm in the kitchen.
We’re launching a fresh and seasonal Tasting Menu: royal sea bream, blue lobster prepared tableside, lake-caught zander, local lamb, cherries from Châbles, strawberries from Oleyres…
All sourced locally and crafted with finesse.
And because summer heat can be intense, our dining room is fully air-conditioned—so you can enjoy the experience in complete comfort.
Mangia! – The Return of the Pop-Up at Le Petit Pérolles
Just like last summer, Le Petit Pérolles opens in the evenings from Wednesday to Saturday.
Transformed into a lively, generous trattoria, our summer pop-up "Mangia!" celebrates sunny Italian cuisine, rooted in generosity, conviviality, and the values we hold dear: seasonality, local produce, and the joy of sharing.
From June 13 to August 30, 2025 (closed July 27 to August 19), the restaurant will host a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere every evening, where antipasti are shared, glasses are raised, and each dish tells a story of passion and authenticity. You can also dine outdoors on our terrace and soak up the summer nights.
To go with it all: a beautiful selection of wines, local craft beers, and a few refreshing summer cocktails.

Join us for an exceptional evening dedicated to high-altitude wines.
We’ll be serving a gastronomic tasting menu with wine pairings, featuring bold and expressive wines from extreme terroirs — crafted by visionary winemakers such as Marie-Thérèse Chappaz, Les Ardoisières, Foradori, Pietradolce, Envínate, Raúl Pérez, Maye, Peter Jakob Kühn, and Romain Cipolla.
Rare, powerful, and elevating wines. A refined cuisine to match. A warm and convivial atmosphere.
Price: CHF 250 per person, all-inclusive: tasting menu, wine pairings, mineral water, and coffee.
