Winter is coming to an end. Spring is on its way.
We are closed for Easter from Sunday 31 March to Tuesday 9 April, reopening on Wednesday 10 April.
We've got lots of surprises in store for you, including a new tasting menu based on local and seasonal produce such as asparagus, morel mushrooms, wild garlic, etc.
Special evening: "Sea fish VS lake fish.
We invite you to a special gastronomic evening on Wednesday 29 May at 7pm at Le Pérolles restaurant.
Our kitchen team will be preparing a unique menu featuring sea fish and lake fish.
Julien Ayer and his supplier Roland Dettori from Vini e Amici in Fribourg have chosen two talented winemakers to accompany the meal. Vincent Sipp from Domaine Agapé in Alsace and Paolo Veglio from Cascina Roccalini in Barbaresco will be on hand to talk about their wines. These exceptional wines are the perfect accompaniment to any meal.
